Photo and Video Content Creation During Conferences and Trade Shows
We provide a turnkey opportunity to create video content and image assets during industry trade shows and conferences. This is a great opportunity to leverage location since your Key Opinion Leaders and other strategic company personnel are already attending. This provides Sales and Marketing leadership a fantastic ROI on content creation.
We are *not* affiliated with any conference. However we will be available during this time to help you meet your creative needs at a fraction of the cost of a traditional production since you won’t be paying for additional T&E costs of the creative team, KOLs, or internal teams, but you will be sharing costs for studio rentals and our creative fees.
The goal is to capture creative content while both your internal team and external KOLs are at the conference. Afterwards, we work with your internal team to push out new content for social media, website, and training. We can produce approximately four or five 2-3-minute videos from the content created during a typical day. Or, we can create a combination of some video content and stills, including product image assets and/or headshots.
▶︎ How it Works
We rent a photo and video studio near the convention center and work with you to define the look and feel of the production. We can utilize ambient environmental backgrounds, or we can provide a backdrop of your choosing, whether it be a custom backdrop or a green screen to add a background during post-production. We handle the logistics once you secure times with your key stakeholders. Then, after the production, we edit everything and deliver quality content back to you.

Pricing
The pricing listed below includes the Creative Fee, Digital AV Capture Fee, Lighting Fee, and Assistant Fee associated with the content creation. Post-production editing requires additional cost but we can include this in the estimate and we offer included discounts up to 15% to utilize us for the additional post-production video content editing of content from your session.
We would love to edit your content but we understand you may already have a team of editors for your company, so we can also quote a buy-out option of the content if you want the editing completed by your own video editing team.
Lastly, for both smaller companies (revenue < $10mm) and start-ups, we have special rates, so please contact us to discuss your goals and hopefully we can create a custom estimate for you.
